R. Wade Stephan, MSM, MPT

Wade is the owner of Mainstream Physical Therapy, and is also a practicing therapist.  He graduated from Bishop Verot High School and received both his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and his Masters of Science in Management from the University of Florida.  Wade specializes in orthopedic, spine and sports rehabilitation.

Johnny Pierce, PT, ATC

Johnny was the founding owner of Mainstream Rehabilitation, and is now a practicing physical therapist and athletic trainer.  He received his physical therapy degree from The Medical College of Georgia in training coursework.  Johnny specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Julie Pierce, MS, PT

The better half of the pierce team is a graduate of Cape Coral High School.  Julie received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1993 and her undergraduate degree in Biology from Stetson University in 1991.  Julie specializes in orthopedic, spine, neurological and sports rehabilitation.

Christine Kilpatrick, PT

Christine is a graduate of Cypress Lake High School.  She received her physical therapy degree from The University of North Florida in 1999, graduating with honors. Christine specializes in orthopedic and spine rehabilitation.

Jerry Manus, PTA

Jerry was raised in Lansing, Michigan.  He received his Associates Degree of Applied Sciences in Physical Therapy from Davenport University in 2000 in Lansing MI, and is now a Florida licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Jamie DiCarlo, PTA

Jamie is a graduate of Mariner High School.  She received her Associates of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Broward Community College in 2004, graduating with honors, and is now a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant.

JoAnne Miller, PTA

JoAnne is a graduate of Hillsborough High School in New Jersey.  She received her Associates of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Broward Community College in 2004, graduating with honors.  She is now a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant.
