Mainstream Physical Therapy, LLC was established in 1998 by physical therapists, and to this day,

7 years later, it remains a family owned and operated business.  Physical Therapy treatment programs

for movement rehabilitation are provided for orthopedic, spine, neurological and sports injury conditions.
